LUNAR / SLINGSHOT
The Engineer marks his first release of 2022 with two tracks that are literally out of this world, Lunar and Slingshot!
‘Lunar’ is a track that captures taking the first steps onto new planets with a spaced out, emotional piano, and accompanying synths for the instruments that monitor the vitals of the astronauts on their voyages, and the kick drum brings propulsion and lunar landings to audiences everywhere.
‘Slingshot’ is a dark techno track about the dangerous task of using planetary orbits to 'slingshot' spaceships toward their destination. Lots of calculations need to be made to make sure that the trip goes as planned. Using gravitational assistance (the slingshot), satellites (people who came to the club alone), and manned ships (a group of people) can get to the dance floor right away on this one! Get ready to head into orbit!
